The lymph system is part of the immune systems. It is made of the lymph organs, canals and nodes, including the tonsils and the bone marrow. The lymph system transports the lymph, a liquid made of white blood cells, proteins and fats. 1. Avoid sparkling drinks
Sparkling drinks are full of colors and aromas as well as preservatives. These things can be quite toxic for the human body, which is a great overload for the lymph system. Refined sugar, which this drinks contains in excessive amount, belongs in acidic foods, which are famous to cause growth of tumors and encourage the spread.
- Make castor oil compressions
It is known that castor oil improves the digestion and circulation of the lymph liquids.
