Cabbage is full of vitamin B6, folate, dietary fiber, minerals, and antioxidants. It can act as an antiseptic and your body will detoxify with it. It can be used to protect liver, breast, lungs and ovaries from cancer. Also, it can protect you from coughing, anemia, stomach ulcers and much more.
You will need:
- A juicer
- Warm water
- One middle-sized cabbage
- A little bit of Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV)
Soak cabbage in the warm water and put a bit of ACV in it. Keep in mind that you should chop off the stem and cut the cabbage in half.
Use a juicer to blend one-half of the cabbage until you get the juice. The other half save and use for later.
