This Cucumber Diet Will Make You Lose 7 Kg In 7 Days!

Diet plan for 24h

For Breakfast: cucumber salad, 1 plate, hard boiled eggs. For snack: 5 plums, 1 apple, 1 peach.

How to prepare the salad?

Ingredients:

  • 400gr cucumbers
  • 200ml sour milk (or yogurt)
  • Onion
  • Salt

Peel the cucumber and cut into small chunks. Add the salt and mix well. Then add the milk/yogurt and onion, and mix well again.

Idea for a snack- cucumber shakes!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 apple
  • Handful spinach
  • Ginger

Blend everything well, then add ginger and mix nicely. Drink it fresh.

For Lunch: Toasted wheat bread and bowl of cucumbers

For dinner: Take any fruit you like, no more than 300 grams.
