You will need:
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 200 ml. milk
- Honey (to taste)
Directions:
First, you need to crush the cloves and then to cook them on low heat. While you are cooking them, add milk and then wait for several minutes for the milk to boil. After that remove it from heat.
You can always add a bit of honey if the taste is too strong for you.
How to Use It?
Drink this mixture once a day and you will feel the change in your back. Garlic has anti-inflammatory properties that will prevent and reduce swelling of the sciatic nerve.
