Get one green apple, one half of an avocado, a cup of spinach (it is best to use baby spinach), one tablespoon of goji berries and one cup of almond milk.
This mix has a lot of energy, protein and fiber, and is low on sugar. It is excessive with vitamin A, vitamin K, Manganese, Iron, Copper and Omega 3 fats.
