Lemon peel compression
Ingredients:
- Two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- Two big organic lemons
- 10 leaves of eucalyptus
- A container with a lid
Preparation:
First, wash the lemons and peel them from the white skin that is below the bark, this white part is not used. Then, take the peels leaving them in a bowl, covering them with olive oil. Next, add the eucalyptus leafs and make sure they are also covered with the oil. Store this bowl in a cool and dry place for fourteen days.
Consumption:
After 2 weeks, apply the remedy on the affected area. Soak a clean gauze in the oil and place it on the skin. Cover it with a plastic bag, securing it with a towel or a scarf.
