How to prepare pumpkin honey:
You will need one ripe yellow pumpkin. All you need to do is to cut the top off and get out all the seeds and fibers. Then put sugar inside. Cover it up with the piece you cut off and leave it for 10 days.
It is best to put the pumpkin in a large bowl because it will soften and be a hard mix. After 10 days sugar will dissolve in the pumpkin juice. When that happens you need to put the liquid in a glass bowl. If there is a mold on the top, drill a hole one bottom of the pumpkin and pour the liquid through it.

It is best to keep it in a fridge, in a clean glass jar. It can be used for a month.
You can use it for tea or eat it with a spoon, 2-3 tablespoons, 2-3 times per day. If you don’t like sugar, you can also put real honey in it.
