  • 1 organic banana
  • 1 small pot of water
  • A dash of cinnamon

Cut the ends of the banana and put it, without peeling, into boiling water. Boil it for 10 minutes. Pour the water into a mug and if you want, put a bit of cinnamon in that tea. Drink it before sleeping. You can also eat boiled bananas, again, with a bit of cinnamon over them. Yummy and healthy.
