If you need to bath in water that is 1-2 degrees lower than normal body temperature, and you should do it gradually. But, if you have a fever, you need to take plenty of fluids, water, tea, juices, and soup. You can use these few tips to lower your temperature.

Apple Cider Vinegar

Use water and apple cider vinegar in a ration 2/3 water and 1/3 vinegar. Prepare wraps with this mixture and put them on feet, forehead and wrists. You can also make a remedy from 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon of honey, and one glass of water. Drink it three times a day.

Potato

Find a larger potato and wash it well, and cut it into slices. You don’t need to wash it. Put those slices on the feet and slide the sock over. Once they are dry, replace them.

Garlic

Take two large cloves of garlic, peel them, mash and mix with two tablespoons of olive oil. Heat it a bit and put it on the soles of the feet. Wrap the feet with gauze or cloth and leave it overnight.

Red Onion

Take one onion, mix it with a bit of sea salt and olive oil. Put this mixture on the soles of the feet and put gauze or cloth over it. Once it gets warm, replace it.

Cabbage

Put leaves of cabbage on your neck, head or forehead to lower the temperature. Once it gets warm, replace it.

Raisins

Put 25 raisins in a half cup of water and let the soften (that will take an hour or so). Mash them in water and drain that fluid. Add half of squeezed lemon in it and drink it twice a day.

Herbal Teas

Drink any of the next teas: basil, elderflower, lime, sage, chamomile, mint, yarrow, safflower, borage, parsley, thyme, mustard, oregano, marjoram. They will help you lower the temperature.

Natural Aspirin

Eat red peppers or chill since they contain capsaicin. Capsaicin is a substance that stimulates sweating, regulating body temperature.
