This recipe contains essential ingredients that for centuries helped people to cope with painful osteoporosis. About 75 million people suffer from osteoporosis in Europe, USA, and Japan. The condition is characterized by loss of bone mass, which leads to an increased risk of fractures.

Linseed
Omega-3 fatty acids contained in flaxseed are the key to protecting bone mineralization, which occurs in diabetes and menopause.
Sesame
Sesame is full of calcium, magnesium, copper, vitamin B1, zinc and dietary fiber. One tablespoon of this seed contains 88 mg of calcium, and only a quarter cup of natural sesame provides more calcium than a glass of whole milk.
Plus, sesame has an alkaline character. The seeds are rich in zinc and other minerals that have a positive effect on bone density.
Pumpkin seeds

You will need:
- 10 tablespoons of linseed
- 5 tablespoons of ground sesame seed
- Several pumpkin seeds
- Sunflower
- 3 tbsp raisins
- 1 kg of honey from clover
Directions:
Mix all ingredients with a wooden spoon in a large bowl and stir until you get a homogeneous mixture. Store in a glass jar.
