Monosodium glutamate (MSG),salt and sugar are also present in noodles. MSG can be a big problem for your nervous system. It can damage nerve cells and in the worst case scenario this can lead to death, while other serious conditions it can be responsible for, are Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease.
