DAY 1 Protein day
Lunch:
- piece of whole wheat bread
- salad in unlimited quantities Cabbage, lettuce,cucumber, tomato, eggplant tomato, zucchini, peppers, mushrooms, spinach, carrots, olives, celery, parsley, broccoli, cauliflower, radishes, kale, beets, onions, garlic, chard
- 1/2 pound of meat (boiled, roasted) or 3 boiled eggs
- cottage cheese or mocarela
- soup or yogurt
Dinner: same as lunch just without soup or yogurt It is mandatory if you ate meat for lunch to eat meat again for dinner
DAY 2 Starch DAY
Lunch:
- piece of whole wheat bread
- salad in unlimited quantities Cabbage, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, eggplant tomato, zucchini, peppers, mushrooms, spinach, carrots, olives, celery, parsley, broccoli, cauliflower, radishes, kale, beets, onions, garlic, chard
- boiled beans, peas, green beans, potatoes, rice spiced with salt
Dinner: same as lunch just half of that amount
DAY 3 Carbohydrate day
Lunch:
- cooked pasta with ketchup or pizza with ketchup, or maybe 3 white buns
- salad in unlimited quantities Cabbage, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, eggplant tomato, zucchini, peppers, mushrooms, spinach, carrots, olives, celery, parsley, broccoli, cauliflower, radishes, kale, beets, onions, garlic, chard
Dinner: two pieces of cake, or three or four cookies, or four balls of ice cream. mandatory is a fine dark chocolate with at least 70% cocoa
DAY 4 Vitamin day
Breakfast Lunch & Dinner: you can have meals every two hours eat fresh fruit, dried fruit up to 8 pieces, compotes without sugar, fresh salad without salt, oil or vinegar (you can spice it with lemon) you can eat nuts up to 100g unsalted and unroasted.
This diet from personal experience is phenomenal, provides astonishing results, maybe you will need to spent little more time, but the results are long lasting and without the yo-yo effect.
After vitamin and water day always continue with protein day. For breakfast you can eat fruit only, either two same fruits or a banana or a handful of dried fruit.
Coffee and tea you can drink without sugar. Drink 2 litres of water every day.Dinner should be no later than 20 pm.
Reduce the juices to a minimum. Everything stated has to be eaten as it has a special role for your body .Eat fruits in the morning to boost your energy .Chocolate protect the body from possible allergies.
You must be consistent and persistent
It may happen the first 10 days to avoid a reduction in weight, but then sharply lose 3-4 kg.
After 90 days you can continue eating only fruits for breakfast. In that period you should lose another 3 kg which is an indicator of changes in metabolism. If you are not satisfied with the achieved weight the same diet can be repeated, but after 3 months.
