You most likely know a person that wears a scarf, just when the temperature drops to 68 degrees Fahrenheit. On the other hand, you most likely know a person that always opens the windows no matter the temperature outside. The thing is that people can have a different body temperature because of many reasons.
If you feel real cold or horrible heat although there is not sudden temperature change in the room where you are at, it could mean that you are getting sick. In this case there isn’t a lot that you can do. It would be sufficient to visit a doctor if you notice some similar symptoms. It does not necessarily mean that it is flu, it can be hormone misbalance. Similarly if you feel cold hands and feet it could be connected to a circulation disorder.
If you notice than everyone around you is warmly dressed, while you are sweating in a shirt, this is not a good sign. If your body health is alright, it is possible that the high body temperature is a consequence of stress caused by work or family related problems. What you could do is decrease the number of your obligations and duties so that you could easily bear your work and life responsibilities. Forget about worries and thoughts that don’t actually matter and try to think positive.
Even if the temperature in the room or outside is pleasant, many might feel like an iceberg based on emotional condition. Research shows that if people feel isolated, lonely or depressed, the probability to be constantly cold is higher. The opposite goes to situations in which people feel connected and friendly. This sudden feeling of warmth can appear when we are surrounded by people we like and cherish.
