Advantages – adaptable to changes, best for vegetarian diet
Weaknesses – sensitive digestive system, susceptible to attack by variety of microbes, prone for heart disease, liver and gallbladder diseases, cancer, anemia
DIET INSTRUCTIONS: always take the very “beneficial”; you can eat the “neutral”, avoid the “harmful”.
BENEFICIAL:
- MEAT: snail
- FISH: carp, cod, mackerel, trout, salmon, sardines
- DIARY: tofu, soy milk
- FRUITS and VEGETABLES: linseed or olive oil (cold pressed); red and white beans, lentils, peas, artichoke, beets, carrot, garlic, onion, horseradish, parsley, parsnips, lettuce, cabbage, leeks, okra, spinach, pumpkin, mustard lettuce, apricots, blackberries, blueberries, figs, plums, grapefruit, cherries, lemon, pineapple, grapes
- GRAINS: peanuts, pumpkin seeds, bread and pastry made of soy, rice, oats, rye, barley
- MISCELANEOUS: mustard, coffee, red wine
NEUTRAL:
- MEAT: chicken, turkey,
- FISH: tuna, pike, fish oil
- DIARY: goat cheese, cow cheese, yogurt, buttermilk

- MISCELLANEOUS: ordinary cooking oils (vegetable, corn etc), shiitake mushrooms, wine vinegar, ketchup, mayonnaise, beer, liquor, carbonated drinks

COMMON RULES AND BEHAVIOR FOR THE DIET BLOOD TYPE A
* Do not mix the food (Do not garnish the food)
* Eat smaller portions several times per day
* Respect the natural biorhythm
* Consume the natural supplements to the diet
* Avoid frozen food, canned food, smoked food and fat food
* Eat only what you spend (calorie wise) during the day (reduce the intake of calories if you are not active physically)
* Prepare your food with coarse non-iodized salt, olive oil and lemon juice
