Take turmeric in form of capsules or make the famous ‘Golden Milk’ in combination with tablets of Magnesium with Calcium and wake up fully recovered and prepared for the working day. Turmeric recipe

In a medium frying pan add 1/4 cup turmeric powder and mix with 1/2 cup pure water. Simmer the mixture over medium-high heat for at least 7 minutes, stirring constantly.

As a result you will get thick paste, but if the mixture is too dry, you can add additional water. Let the mixture cool down, and put it into glass jar. Keep this drink in cold place or in the fridge.

Golden Milk

  • 1 tsp. Turmeric
  • 1 cup. Hot milk (cow, goat, soy, rice, almond, or any combination),
  • 1/2 tsp. of sesame or almond oil

Mix the ingredients and add honey or maple syrup for better taste. Gently heat and stir.
