One-day diet with green tea and milk

This diet is recommended for one day only, no more than twice a month.

Necessary ingredients:
- One and a half liter of no-fat milk
- 2 teaspoons of real green tea

In cooked and cool milk up to 158 degrees, add 2 teaspoons of green tea. Cover it and leave it for 20 minutes. Strain and consume.
