Oil cleaner to avoid:

  • Argan oil
  • Coconut oil
  • Baby oil
  • Olive oil
  • Pumpkin seed oil
  • Perilla oil

Wash your hands, splash  face with warm water, pour a little oil into your hands to warm it up, then massage it all over  face, focusing on  SF spots and dry spots
