You can find vitamin B1 (thiamine) in the oatmeal, brown rice, kale, liver, eggs, and yeast, and it will help you fight stress and boost your immunity. You cannot take it too much because your body flushes it when you urinate.
Also, mosquitoes don’t like the smell of this vitamin, so people who have it in their body tend to smell “yeasty” repealing these little buggers. You just need to take 100 mg of thiamin every day, and you will notice the change.

You will need:
- Tea tree oil
- Lavender oil
- Witch hazel
- Cooled boiled water
Directions:
Put boiled water in an 8oz. spray bottle, but fill it half way. Add half of a tablespoon of witch hazel, 15 drops of tea tree oil, and 15 drops of lavender oil. And that’s that!
