The nettle is among the healthiest herbs that exist and are available to people. It is used for the purpose of healing of a large number of diseases, especially for kidney diseases and anemia. If you want to collect it and prepare this recipe, we recommend you do it somewhere out in the grass fields in nature, far from the city and the industry.
We provide you with a recipe that is fairly easy to make.
- 40 nettle tops (preferably young herbs)
- 1 kg of sugar
- 3 liters of water
- 5 lemons
When you harvest the nettle, be careful to only get its top and the three leafs under it. Do not harvest the whole herb. When you are done collecting it, wash it well for a few times. Wash the lemon, cut it in pieces and add it in cold water, adding the nettle later. Cover the container and leave it on a room temperature for at least 24 hours. After 24 hours, stir the content and add the sugar. Stir for a while more until the sugar has completely melted. Your mixture is ready, keep it in glass containers, cover the containers and keep it refrigerated.
