Vitamin shake recipe to gain more power (tested :))

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs from quail
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds (rich in protein, carbohydrates, fat and fiber. Contains 5 times more calcium than milk and three times more iron than spinach, 3 times more antioxidants than blueberries and 2 times more potassium than bananas. It also contains and omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids)
  • 1 teaspoon black seed (protein, thiamine, riboflavin, pyridoxine, niacin, folic acid, calcium, iron, copper, zinc, phosphorus)
  • 2 Bananas (copper, vegetable oils, fiber, vitamin C, B6, B12, D, E, iron, calcium, magnesium, manganese)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 500ml milk

Mix everything
