Green Soup Ingredients:

  • 60 oz. of nettle
  • 3 oz. of rice
  • 50 oz. water
  • Spices as preferred
  • A bit corn flour

Preparation:

Chop and cook the young nettle. In a different pot, cook the rice, strain it and add it in the boiling water together with the nettle. Spice it up, cook it for another 10 minutes and if you prefer it thicker you can add corn flour.

Nettle Tea

Nettle is packed with vitamin C and K, calcium, phosphorus, iron, tannin, chlorophyll, carotene, lecithin and many more. All of these make nettle one of the best fighters for anemia.

Pour boiling water over a teaspoon of nettle leafs, and leave it for 5 minutes.  Strain the tea and drink it warm.  Suggested dose is three cups per day.
