This diet consists of a cycle of 20 days in which days 2 specific meals are eaten. The quantity of the meals is not limited.
What you must be careful with is that after completing a diet cycle of 20 days you must make a break of 1 month. After one month you can continue again with another dietary cycle of 20 days.
Consume the meals in a minimum 6 hours time difference. For example: take the first meal at 10am and the second one at 5pm.
Day 1 – Macaroni(boiled or baked) or a yogurt to your taste.
Day 2 – Baked rice or pilaf. You can consume this in a combination with cheese or yogurt.
Day 3, 4, 5 – Chicken with salad. Boiled, baked or grilled without oil.
Day 6, 7, 8 – Boiled beef meat with salad.
Day 9, 10, 11 – Fish with salad prepared to your taste. Baked in tin foil or canned tuna in brine not oil.
Day 12, 13, 14 – Mixed grained vegetables, beans, peas, lentils or green beans, prepared as stews.
Day 15, 16 – Potatoes cooked in all possible ways.
Day 17 – Fruit day.
Day 18 – Macaroni and cheese or yogurt, same as the first day of the diet.
Day 19 – Rice day, same as the second day of the diet.
Day 20 – Believe it or not you can eat anything sweet that you like. Combined in 2 meals.
The amount of food is unlimited. Two times a day you can eat as you wish according to the schedule of the diet. The amount of fluids you take is unlimited. You can drink everything, coffee, sugar, soft drinks or smoothies.
In the salads or the other meals you can use oil, but only a spoonful.
