During the research, women of different ages, weight and origin, during the period of 2 months, they drank a glass of tomato juice every day.

They did not change their food habits, and already after a few days they spotted a loss of weight.

Experts point out that it is not about the normal loss of fluids from the body, but is about melting fat. The participants in this experiment had lost an average of 1.6 to 2 cm in waist, had low cholesterol levels and an increased level of blood lycopene, an antioxidant that positively affects the health.

Tomatoes have very few calories, 0.35 liters of tomato juice has only 80 calories, is rich in sodium, calcium, potassium, magnesium, vitamins B, C and A.
