How to place your body:
Your hands need to be on the ground, firmly, whole shoulders and neck need to be straight. You will feel pressure in your legs, even though the main focus of this exercise is the abdominal area. Put the heals in the position you all the pressure is transferred to the toes.
You need to contract the muscles of the buttock in order to activate the muscles of the lower body, but keep it low, since your whole body should be flat as a plank. Breathe deeply and evenly.
Exercise
Your knees and hands should stay on the ground and back in a flat position, wider than shoulder-width apart.
Keep the spine, neck, and head in a straight line, and apply pressure on the toes, placing the right leg on the floor. Do the same thing with the left leg. Your whole body should rely on the toes and hands. Contract the abdominal muscles and remain in that position for about 20 to 60 seconds.
Increase the time of this exercise gradually, maintaining the plank position for up to a minute. Repeat this exercise 3 times in a row per day and after a month you will be amazed at the results.
